I let Oxford... read moreI took my Lexus to Oxford for a 120K mile check up. They made the necessary repairs but a day after I brought my car home, I started shaking if I drove over 25 mph. I let Oxford know and they immediately drove a rental car to my home and had a tow truck haul my Lexus back to their shop. They kept it a few days to make sure they diagnosed everything that could possibly be wrong then found a problem with a water pump. They replaced it along with a few other things, totally detailed my car and brought it back to me. It now drives just like the day I bought it. I simply cannot recommend a better automotive service center in the area. I will always take my cars here as I know they are trustworthy, professional and truly care about their customers' experiences. I special shout-out to their manager, Ben, for all of the extra care. After years of being disappointed by chain auto repair spots I am so pleased that I don’t have to bring her right back to the shop because the noise/symptom is still there. I was comfortable sending her to drive a couple hundred miles away because I knew her car was reliable and safe since Oxford looked over it. No pressure sales and diagnostics followed by a detailed diagnostic report that allowed me to choose what I wanted to address now and what to save for later. Oxford automotive is hands-down the best automotive repair shop I have ever experienced! In a nutshell, you bring your car to them, they email you within hours with a full diagnostic of your entire car, not just what’s wrong with it! I never felt pressured either when they would point out the items that MAY need repairs later on- there was never that “sales push” to spend or do more than necessary!

In addition to their outstanding repair services, their customer service is beyond comparison! Everyone we worked with exemplified kindness and authenticity ❤️✌🏼It’s quite refreshing not to feel like another “customer” just handing over hard earned money to fix the one machine the family needs!! They certainly know how to take the “sting” out of the whole process 😉

The service advisor showed me around my car including the underbody where they inspected everything for me !
