Starting a trip down south last week in our Mercedes Diesel Motorhome the engine light came on. We tried the Benz dealer in Easton and they said "sorry..we're six weeks out," and wouldn't even diagnose the problem so we could or couldn't continue our trip. Oxford Automotive took us in immediately and advised us not to move on as the "emergency mode" would kick in soon. The DEF valve was faulty and the part was not available. Christian & John at Oxford Automotive were a great help and saved us much time and trouble. Very considerate dealer.

I needed an oil change. I didn't hesitate to take my Toyota RAV to Oxford. The service was exceptional. James Church, owner, has strong values and exceptional character and this same quality is in his work and business. We will continue to take all our vehicles here for needed service and repair. Trustworthy.

Excellent service, and friendly, helpful staff. They showed me what they found with my car and suggested follow up, but were totally not pressuring to get it done. Well worth the drive up from the west side!
