Amazing Company! I had a coolant leak issue, they identified the problem and solved it. Oxford provided me a complimentary car that I could use over the weekend while my was being tested and repaired. Not only that, but I didn’t even have to drive to the shop! Oxford picked up my car and dropped it off when they were done! They are transparent about costs and have incredible customer service. I will be a long time customer of Oxford. I HIGHLY recommend!

I took my Explorer to Oxford on the recommendation of a couple of people and could not be happier. My car had multiple issues and Oxford fixed them all timely and at an affordable price. Christian was always friendly and helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. The Oxford customer service is outstanding. Every time my car has needed to be in the shop, they have had a driver bring me a rental and pick up my car whether I was home or at work. They returned my car to me the same way when repairs were completed. I will use Oxford for all my future car repairs.

Best repair shop I've ever visited hands down! They won't rip you off and will do everything possible to make the experience great! Christian is awesome!

The repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed during the time my vehicle was at their shop. When I picked up my vehicle and brought it home I checked under the hood since I was told engine parts had to be removed to do the repair. The main parts were reassembled but I found a nut and bolt were missing from the air intake assembly.

The staff at Oxford Automotive are highly skilled, professional, courteous, fair, and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Delaware County and surrounding areas.

They were very helpful and kept me updated if any changes needed to be made to my vehicle. Included with my services; free alignment, free windshield wipers, and they even put some extra gas in my car! I highly recommend them if you are in the area and need to service your car.
