The Oxford Automotive in Powell did a excellent job on my car and their customer service is even better. They really went the extra mile to keep me informed and make sure I was happy with their services and they seem extremely proud of their mechanics for the work they do. The rental car I got was also very affordable and very convenient I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ben and the guys were awesome! Got the car in. Diagnosed it. Email me the most thorough diagnostic report I’ve ever seen including pictures! Then emailed me a thorough quote to complete the work. We chose the items that were most critical and they had all the work done that day. They were also willing to give me a loaner car if the work would have spilled into another day! Job well done!

We got our Odyssey and Accord services here recently. The whole Oxford team was professional and communication was awesome. I think they added few more years to my Odyssey which already has 135K miles. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend Oxford for any auto repair/ service.

After years of going to different oil change places and also asking for an inspection every time, this place gave me more then that! They treated me with the utmost respect, did a thorough inspection finding all the things I knew was wrong with my car and things I didn't! There was no pressure to do any of it, just gentle reminders. I will not lie, this place is not the cheapest, but if your looking for ACTUAL customer service and REAL answers to issues with your vehicle, its worth the cost TEN FOLD. I never once felt like I was being swindled into my service and they truly cared for my vehicle and me. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else ever again!
