I didn’t really intend to get on a first name basis with another automotive repair company. However, Ben and Zack are two great guys who will take care of you and get your car fixed right if you need that. They’ll be honest, conscientious, and let you know what your options are. I appreciate that.

Treats customers politely. I was disappointed that the estimate given me did not include all the costs. I was charged $52 on top of the estimate. I would like an estimate to include all my charges so when I am comparing costs I am comparing equally. Service was fine.

Service agent went out of his way to accommodate and assist in repair of my car. It was fixed correctly and on time. Really liking the newer Powell location.
