Very friendly personnel and knowledgable mechanics. Repair work cost more than what was expected but my truck runs like new again which it hadn't been.

This was my first visit here. I am usually pretty picky when it comes to who services my Tacoma. My initial impression with Oxford was how clean this place was. It smelled good which isn’t a huge deal for me, but since I have never seen an automotive service center as clean as this, it left a nice imprint for sure. Christian, the service advisor was very polite and professional. My oil change took less than 30 minutes and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I will definitely go back here for any future repairs.

I hadn't heard about Oxford Automotive until someone on FB shared the info that they were doing free oil changes for first responders and healthcare workers. I called, made the appointment and dropped my truck off the next morning. They were nice enough to loan me a courtesy car so that I could go on to work. I also had them replace a serpentine belt while they were at it. I was very pleased with the work that was done and in the time they had it done! Usually I have had to wait for days to get into a shop and then it usually takes forever! I dropped my truck off around 8am and they were calling me at noon saying I could come and get my truck! Very nice people ànd I will definitely be returning!

The guys at Oxford Auto are the ultimate professionals. I've had my car here multiple times and consider this my go-to spot for all repairs. Honest, fair, affordable, and really nice customer lounge too... Rivals some luxury dealership lounges.

As owner of The Goddard School next door I can't say enough good things about our new neighbors! We had a battery on one of our buses die suddenly before a field trip and they rushed right over to help us get back up and running. We're incredibly grateful to have such a friendly and helpful locally owned business right next door!
