Check engine light came on. Returned my call over the weekend when shop was closed, then resolved the problem on Monday morning. That’s not the best part. No charge! How can you beat that?!

Customer service is always excellent esp Zach in Powell branch. The price is almost same as the big car dealer auto service companies but they give personalized and very thorough service.

I never want to take my car anywhere else. You won’t find more honest or down-to-earth mechanics. They kept my budget in mind and were extremely competent in diagnosing my vehicle. They also took pictures of everything they inspected with a concise explanation of each issue. I never felt pushed towards any decision about my vehicle and they were happy to answer all my questions. Especially for those not mechanically inclined, Oxford Automotive is a gem.

I've had great experiences at Oxford Automotive in Powell. Zach is great, and I appreciate the way they keep me updated on repair needs so I can make good decisions. We take both of our Volvo's and an older Range Rover there. Love the pick up and delivery service! Having a loaner car for a flat $39 fee is also excellent so I'm not ever without a car.

They are prompt, honest, clear communicators & don't make you feel pressured to do anything unnecessary. Oxford has people of integrity serving their customers & I will bring all my vehicles to them. Excellent work and no complaints whatsoever. (Dave Lewis)
