From start to finish, everything little thing about their service was outstanding and I felt that I could trust them. They are definitely my go-to car people now!

Ben, Anthony, and the team did an awesome job fixing my car. Before finding Oxford, I was searching for a great shop that would handle my car carefully and treat it like a king. Oxford did just that — and Ben was great at keeping me updated throughout the process. Every step of the way, I was kept in the loop. Oxford checked the whole vehicle to generate a condition report and provide a price estimate for the work that would be needed. All of that was done prior to the repairs in order to make sure I approved everything beforehand. Oxford’s approach is transparent — they won’t surprise you with unexpected additions on your bill. They have high integrity & are very honest. In fact, in my case, it actually ended up costing less $ than originally anticipated (because it didn’t take quite as long to make repairs). Happy to have found Oxford; will keep going there for sure!

I've been very pleased with the service and communication

Stopped in for a tire repair without an appointment. Was not expecting they would be able to take care of it. Zach, the Service Advisor, was friendly and welcoming, and Oxford completed the repair that day for a minimal fee. I am taking my car back next week for some preventative maintenance issues. I hope my second experience with Oxford is as pleasant as the first. **UPDATE** TL:DR - Completed an emergency repair in about 6 hours with no charge to me (under warranty) instead of claiming something else broke. Life savers! On a recent Saturday my truck developed a whining noise during steering and I noticed a fluid leak. My steering fluid reservoir was dry. I was a bit panicked because I had to drive to Florida 4 days later and they were closed on the weekend. I took my truck to them first thing on Monday and explained my predicament. They determined that one of the parts they had installed a few months ago had a manufacturer's defect and failed. They ordered a new part (from a different manufacturer) and completed the job by that afternoon. No charge. The work was covered under their warranty. They even washed my truck and hooked me up with a loaner car while they completed the repair. Zach and Ben were great, and legitimately concerned about my situation. What they didn't do, which some shady places may have, is claim some new issue had occurred and charged me to "fix" the new problem instead of performing the work under warranty. Well done guys.

They did great work on our Toyota. Great service and reliable work. You're shown and told everything up front and advised on the best route to take, not the most expensive. Ben is the face of the front office here in Powell and you can tell his leadership is also present in all the staff. We couldn't be happier!
