I'm so thankful I found this service center! They are so curteous and friendly. They explained everything that was wrong with my van and told me what needed fixed right away and what could wait. The final bill was actually less than the estimate they gave me. They were very fair and honest. They have inexpensive rental cars onsite which is very convenient. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Tremendous, honest service

Great friendly service! Gave me a very nice rental car to drive while they worked on mine. However, I didn't need the rental car long because they had my repairs done in a timely fashion. Once my car was finished being repaired, they brought my car to where I was and took the rental car with them. So convenient! Especially for someone in Columbus. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Very honest and won't try to get you to repair things that don't need to be repaired. Also very reasonable, competitive rates!!

John at Utopia has worked on my cars for many years. I am very confident in his abilities. He explains what needs to be done in detail. I have never in all the years felt or found out that I have been "sold" something I did not need. In the few times I had a concern about the work, he checked it or corrected it without hesitation.

Oxford Aitomotive has taken care of us on a 2000 Volvo and a 2005 Ford Escape. We will continue to use them and we definitely recommend them. They have an impressive shop, they communicate well and are fair on their price. They do very good work, honest and friendly.The PT cruiser loaner vehicle was very helpful and handy for us. .

Great service at a great price! Very friendly staff, and the $24.00 rental car that you keep the entire time your car is in the shop is just the icing on the cake of a GREAT deal!

(Updated) I was quoted $1300 over the phone so I had my truck towed to their shop. Once they had my vehicle they told me worst case it would be $2,000 so I gave them the ok to fix it. The next day that number became $3,100. Then after raising their price $1100 they called me back and raised it $1100 more and my quote became $4,200. I argued this amount and told them it was ridiculous so they offered for $1,300 to just throw it back together and they wouldn't guarantee any of the work or how long the truck would run. I argued this new quote and told them it was crap so they offered to put it back together for $600. I said just do it and I'll pick it up tomorrow, then an hour later they called back and went right back up to $1,300. UPDATE: My experience started off rough but in the end they made the required repair at the original quoted price and my truck is running strong. Ben was friendly, professional, and apologized for the confusion and frustration we experienced in the beginning. He explained the repair in detail and even included pictures of the problem they found before the repair. I really appreciated the rental car. Not being stranded while the repairs were being made was definitely a plus!

After a year of frustrations in paying over 2, 000 to fix the the Jeep "death wobble, I was able to finally find a place to resolve my issue. The finally straw for my truck was when I went to Tuffy's automotive to resolve this issue. They made me replace a part I already replaced and took three days to align my truck. Although my truck was still not aligned, they quoted me with waste in time and money repairs to resolve this issue. So I left that place with a worrible knocking and unsafe to operate truck. Keep in mind my truck was not that bad before I brought it to Tuffy's automotive. So I was done with this truck because no one seems to know how to fix this problem and I was tired of throwing money at the problem. I remembered I had a free oil change at Oxford Automotive from an event. I went there to get an oil change and I explained my situation. They told me they knew a resolution and I would be honest, I did not believe them because this has been an ongoing issue. They test drove my car and was shocked to how bad the Jeep "wobble" was. They told me to take a rental while they tighten a bunch of lose parts. So I came back to pick up my truck and they seemed confident they fixed it. I droved it that night and it drove a lot better but did not resolved the issue. They told me to bring it back and they told me it was a certain part that need to be replaced. I told them I was done fixing this truck to be sure because if I pay and I am still having this issue, I will not be happy. I gave them permission to drive my car on all the raggist roads in Columbus. So offered me a rental while they fix it and test drive the truck like crazy. They told me it was fixed and you should feel no wobble issues. I picked up my truck and till this day I experienced no wobble issues. I highly recommend this place because they do care about their customers and try everything possible to help resolve issues. They are very experienced in what they do resolving my problem after 2 tries and I will be back for more services. 👍
