Very pleased with Oxford Automotive. They are punctual,& thorough in their assessment of your problem. I especially like their photos of the work that was done & detailed photos pointing out what needs to be corrected at your at your next sched. maintenance. Their fees are fair . Everyone is friendly & professional. They genuinely care about you & your car's performance. They loan you a car to use while your car is being serviced. That is a Special Perk ! Great service and very friendly staff. I took the car in for a second opinion on a major repair I thought had to be done. They were incredibly polite and honest and their thorough work saved me several hundred dollars. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The Oxford Automotive in Powell did a excellent job on my car and their customer service is even better. They really went the extra mile to keep me informed and make sure I was happy with their services and they seem extremely proud of their mechanics for the work they do. The rental car I got was also very affordable and very convenient I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ben and the guys were awesome! Got the car in. Diagnosed it. Email me the most thorough diagnostic report I’ve ever seen including pictures! Then emailed me a thorough quote to complete the work. We chose the items that were most critical and they had all the work done that day. They were also willing to give me a loaner car if the work would have spilled into another day! Job well done!
