We got our Odyssey and Accord services here recently. The whole Oxford team was professional and communication was awesome. I think they added few more years to my Odyssey which already has 135K miles. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend Oxford for any auto repair/ service.

After years of going to different oil change places and also asking for an inspection every time, this place gave me more then that! They treated me with the utmost respect, did a thorough inspection finding all the things I knew was wrong with my car and things I didn't! There was no pressure to do any of it, just gentle reminders. I will not lie, this place is not the cheapest, but if your looking for ACTUAL customer service and REAL answers to issues with your vehicle, its worth the cost TEN FOLD. I never once felt like I was being swindled into my service and they truly cared for my vehicle and me. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else ever again!

I didn’t really intend to get on a first name basis with another automotive repair company. However, Ben and Zack are two great guys who will take care of you and get your car fixed right if you need that. They’ll be honest, conscientious, and let you know what your options are. I appreciate that.

The best shop I’ve been to. No joke. Earned my trust in the first 15 minutes and have my business indeffiantely. They had the opportunity to oversell, and ended up underselling me. So refreshing to experience a business like this. Being the Director for Busienss Development at my own organization I have high standards based on companies like this.

Treats customers politely. I was disappointed that the estimate given me did not include all the costs. I was charged $52 on top of the estimate. I would like an estimate to include all my charges so when I am comparing costs I am comparing equally. Service was fine.
