2019 Chevy Colorado recurrent check engine light. Initially evaluated at dealership where they (I would assume) followed a flowsheet for the particular CEL code..after 6 visits still had same code. I'm new to the area (Cleveland transplant) and fortunately have owned newer cars most of my life, and thus haven't had to seek out major repairs I wouldn't consider doing myself. I utilized google reviews which us millennials seem to do which pointed me to a repair garage in the middle of what I assume are corn fields (winter). I discussed the code with the mechanic and reviewed previous testing it had been suggested at last dealership visit that if the repair they did didn't work I would need new fuel injectors (a 4k job). I was never opposed to having this done, but at the dealership they didn't offer any testing to prove an injector might be the culprit. Dropped truck off, and later that day received a detailed report where they were able to run a fuel balance test and measured fuel flow from injector into graduated cylinder. Cylinder #1 was the culprit. Wait times for repair were delayed only secondary to parts availability. Picked up about 3 weeks later and all is good so far (1k miles). It's not your backyard budget shop but repair costs were a very fair price (comparable to slightly cheaper compared to dealer). Overall very satisfied with my repair/service. Christian (service advisor) was great and kept me up to date during entire repair.

Oxford Auto seems to have experienced techs and provide services with a great attitude. I have a 2012 Golf that I thought was driving funny. After months of trying to diagnose the issue myself, I took it to the dealership I got it from and they essentially charged me money to tell me it was driving just fine since it wasn’t throwing any codes. I still thought it was driving funny so I brought it to Oxford as per a recommendation from a retired mechanic I work with. They were able to track down the issue after an entire week of investigating, something the dealership was simply not willing to do. The service advisor I worked with, Grant, was very knowledgeable about my Golf and took every single thing I said into consideration. He kept me updated along every step they were taking with my car, as well as all of my available options. I had reached back out to him after I got my car back for some advice and he gave his input on what sort of car to avoid if I were to get a new one. He stated that I never stop being a customer at Oxford and after the service I was provided, it really felt that way. I’ll likely be bringing my car here in the future for service, as well as recommending it to friends and family if they need something tricky done with their car.

During our holiday visit to Columbus relatives, our car tire picked up a screw on 27 Dec and developed a slow leak. After checking in with 8 different tire stores in the area who were unable to help us, we finally found Oxford Automotive in Westerville. It was late in the afternoon and we had an elderly family member with us and the tire was almost flat and we were becoming desperate. The service advisor, Michelle was very friendly and quickly gathered our information and got a service professional to assess our tire. They quickly got us into the service bay and our family was moved to the spacious and well lit waiting area with coffee and hot chocolate. within 20 minutes, our tire was fixed, all other tires (which were low) were properly inflated and we were on our way. We can honestly say after visiting 8 other tire stores in the local area, that Oxford Automotive was the best in terms of initial greeting, store appearance, speed of assessment and timeliness of service - not to mention it cost less than $25 to fix. We can't tell you what a relief it was to have that fixed. Thank you very much to the team at Oxford - they really saved our holiday so we could continue on the Buffalo, NY the next day without worries.

While they were waiting on parts, they provided a loaner car and kept me updated. They worked with the extended warranty servicer to get the most payment. I was impressed with the cleanliness and interior design of the shop.Customet service was great and professional. They repaired my power locks and everything works like new.
