One thing I can vouch for that they are honest about their diagnosis. They would not say something is broken when it’s not. However you need to be careful about hidden fees. I had to have my car towed to their location and after doing so they disclosed a 145 diagnostic fee. They were honestly cooperative and prompt with the response, I heard back after 24 hours but wanted to charge me a separate diagnostic fee for everything separately. Ex the door wasn’t unlocking and the dashboard has some programming problems… so I would be charged a separate 145 for each issue aside to repair cost which they do not specify And after finding the one problem with my car I was overcharged. The only downside for dealing with them is how expensive they are and not being straightforward about what you’re expenses can be which is very frustrating… Service: General repairs & maintenance

Part of providing honest solutions is having our technicians take the time to do proper testing so that the solutions that our advisors communicate to our customers are what is truly needed. When your 2009 Audi was towed into us, the cooling system was completely drained and there were multiple parts missing from the vehicle from someone else working on it. The testing fee that we charged was for the time it took for us to verify what parts were missing and what we needed to put back together to then top off the cooling system and then verify if there were any additional issues with the car. At this point, We had communicated with you multiple times and spent over an hour on the phone with you explaining that it needed a lower radiator hose and other misc coolant pieces that were removed from someone else. Ben, the manager, had called you to get your feedback about this 2 star review you wrote before any repairs were ever performed on your vehicle. Dina, I hope that you find a shop that you trust to work for you.
