Maintaining healthy oil in your vehicle means you're extending the life of your engine so you can enjoy your vehicle for many years. Our service replaces all the engine oil in the vehicle, along with the oil filter. This helps remove contaminants that have built up over time, and replenishes the additives in your engine's oil, and since all filters eventually get dirty and have to be replaced, this ensure you keep your engine clean and protected. We also check and refill the vehicle's fluid levels including: fluid in automatic transmissions, power steering fluid, wiper washer fluid, antifreeze/coolant, tire pressure, air filter, serpentine belt, wiper blades, vehicle lights, and the battery.
Maintaining your brakes, keep you and your family safe. Brake inspections includes a fluid level and condition check, an inspection of the brake pads and/or shoes for wear, and a visual check for fluid leaks.
Preventive maintenance to ensure your vehicle continues to perform well. The tune up includes cleaning or replacing the spark plugs and the distributor cap and rotor, on older cars prior to those with electronic ignition, replacement of the fuel filter, oxygen sensor, PCV valve, and spark plug wires. This is also a good time to check your vehicle's systems, including the car brakes and clutch as well as oil and fluid levels. The air-conditioning system should generally be checked if the tune up is performed in the spring or in the early summer. If you are not sure what type of maintenance your vehicle may need during a tune up, we will provide an overview for you.
To keep your vehicle running at peak performance, there are systems we can help you check and maintain. Undercarraige services include: alignment, anti-lock brakes, brake system flush, brakes, chassis, differential flush, differentials, exhaust, shocks, struts, steering mechanism, and tires.
Inspecting the cooling system to ensure that is able to properly regulate the temperature of the engine. The cooling system includes the radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses. You may be surprised to know your heater functions from this system too. A system analysis will help identify any potential troubles so damaged or worn parts can be replaced so you don’t have to worry about your engine overheating and leaving you stranded.
A well functioning AC is more than comfort but better for your health, keeping bacteria cleaned and flushed out of the system, and better for your car’s health. AC systems are connected to the rest of the vehicle’s electrical system, meaning a surge or problem with the air conditioner can cause problems with the rest of the car: poor idling, fuel inefficiencies, drained batteries, or a prematurely spent alternator and serpentine belt. Leaking refrigerant is bad for the environment and can damage your vehicle's evaporator and compressor. Getting a car air conditioner serviced at the first sign of trouble will save you both money and time.
You should inspect your tires at least once a month to check for irregular tread wear, scrapes, cuts, bulges, cracks, punctures, stones or other debris embedded in the tread. If any of these conditions are present, or if you are experiencing continuous pressure loss, the tire should be dismounted and inspected for damage on the inside; and, to determine if a repair can be made. Our expert help for repairs or replacement can help keep you driving safely.
