From scheduling to the service everything was top notch!! I was shocked when I arrived.. the lobby was beautiful, smelled fantastic and I was greeted by the sweetest lady. The service was quick, thorough, affordable, and easy to understand. With the oil change, they also rotated my tires and provided an inspection (all included!) They sent a text of the inspection that identified any issues with my SUV, it even included photos of the part that was in need of repair! As a woman I must say I really appreciated this and felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of! I HIGHLY recommend Oxford Automotive in Ashley, Ohio!

It’s too good to be true. When we first went in and saw how nice the interior was we assumed it was going to cost a fortune but we’re shocked when we saw how affordable the service was! Every person we interacted with was so kind and attentive. They even gave us a ride home when we dropped the car off!! This is now my new go to mechanic!
